AHA HCP BLS Course

This course is for licensed or nonlicensed healthcare providers seeking initial or recertification of CPR.  The BLS course covers the following:

• Adult and Pediatric CPR
• Foreign body airway obstruction in conscious and unconscious patients
• Two rescuer scenarios with use of a bag valve mask ventilation (BVM's)
• Use of the Automated External Defibrillator

* The course is based on the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.

* There is a 25 question written test and a hands-on skills evaluation as part of the course.

* A study guide link is provided in the confirmation e-mail, print the guide and bring it to class with you.

* Students will receive the 2 year AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR eCard certification.

* The class is approximately 2-3 hours in duration.
